A dress Orthotics designed for narrow, heeled, pumps, sandals and dress shoes. The  Orthotics shell provides moderate arch support, promoting better foot alignment. This helps keep the feet in a neutral position, allowing for normal pronation. The cushioning system provides excellent shock absorption, comfort and protection. Held in place by Velcro fasteners.
